GA4 permite urmarirea interactiunilor userilor cu brandul pe mai multe device-uri. Datele colectate din interactiunea unui user cross-device ofera o imagine mult mai clara a comportamentului utilizatorilor, care se traduce in capacitati de targetare si licitare superioare.

Raportare app + web

Daca pana acum un business care funcționa si pe web si ca aplicatie mobile avea nevoie mai multe instrumente de colectare de date, facand procesul greoi, in GA4 datele sunt in același loc.

Asta inseamna o eficientizare a raportarii si analizei de date cu impact in rezultatele campaniilor.

Daca pana acum Google Analytics inregistra sesiuni, adica interactiunile unui user cu platforma web, GA4 masoara la nivel de utilizator.
Acum putem intelege mult mai bine comportamentul audienței, pentru ca focusul este pe user, nu pe sesiuni.

Model de atribuire data-driven

Fata de modelul clasic, modelul data-driven atribuie conversiile in functie de datele contului (timpul pana la conversie, tipul deviceului, interactiunile cu anunturile, ordinea in care s-a realizat expunerea la anunturi ), ceea ce ofera mai multa acuratete si o imagine mult mai clara a rezultatelor
