2. User Consent.

By submitting Personal Data through our Services, including providing us with a blood sample, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and you expressly consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

When you sign up for our Services, you may be asked to review and sign a consent to participate in an institutional review board (“ IRB”) approved research study (“ Research Study”). Participation in the Research Study may be required to use parts of our Services. We do not intentionally gather Personal Data from visitors who are under the age of 13.
