Since 2012 I have worked with many global and local businesses in order to help them thrive by using the power of the data. We helped companies achieve their goals like ECCO the shoe manufacturer that is present in 17 countries across the globe, UiPath the global software company that makes robotic process automation software, L’OREAL the world's largest cosmetics company and many more e-commerces and lead generation businesses.

Along the way I developed a set of skills that now allow me to solve business struggles (replenishment, predictability, stock rotation) by putting the data to work.

A good part of my work is related to Google Suite: Google Analytics 360, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Firebase, Data Studio, CM & DV 360 but not limited to it.

In August 2018 something magically happened, Data Revolt was born and I was there from the beginning. Now I’m leading the DATA department and I’m very proud of each one of my colleagues due to their professionalism, knowledge and because of embracing the common values of <honest, reliable and happy>. Here I had the chance to work with a lot of analytics tools (beside Google Suite) like Mixpanel, Adobe Analytics, AppsFlyer, Adjust and also got certified in Mixpanel and Adjust.

I began my digital marketing journey nearly 9 years ago in 2014. Since then, I have gained expertise in all areas of the field, from paid media & web analytics to SEO, content, copywriting, social media, email marketing, design and web development. With this broad range of skills, I can confidently say that I have a comprehensive understanding of the entire digital marketing ecosystem, with a particular focus on digital performance & paid media strategy.

It was 2019 when I switched from a QA tester to a job that covered multiple areas of the Digital universe, such as SEO, PPC, content management, reporting and site creation with the help of modules and after a year of juggling, I found myself transferred, like a football player, to this awesome marketing agency, Data Revolt.

Here I was reborn, like a digital phoenix, and focused mainly on PPC and reporting.

Being part of an awesome team, I was allowed to mingle with every marketing platform I could come across and learn by doing and making mistakes.

Encouraged by members of my team and superiors, I had some free time to improve different systems, to make them more autonomous and free everybody’s schedule, in order to have more mental power for those interesting marketing ideas.

My marketing journey started 10 years ago in one of the biggest online fashion stores in Romania, where I learned just how important the right message with the right offer for the right audience is.

After a few years in Gibraltar, I joined Data Revolt to jump start the direct marketing department and take on exciting clients like F64, The Home, Meli Melo, among others. One of our biggest missions is to popularize the importance of marketing automation as a direct marketing strategy. I strongly believe that a well executed abandon cart message can be more effective in driving conversions than a thousand ads could.

I am no stranger to tools such as Klaviyo, Litmus, Sendinblue, OneSignal, Typeform, Tripetto, ActiveCampaign, SEO Monitor and Google Analytics which helps me convey a coherent direct marketing strategy backed by data, in accordance with our clients KPIs.

I started my career in email marketing with great enthusiasm and curiosity in 2021 at Data Revolt, when I decided I wanted a more dynamic job with plenty of creative projects. For me, email marketing is the puzzle piece I needed to develop my skills in communicating with our clients and exploring new ways of thinking strategically, analytically and most importantly, creatively.

Reporting and analyzing campaign performance is part of my daily to-do list, active research and self-education by reading the latest news in the field, allows me to shape effective and well-executed communication strategies with my team.

Passionate about fashion, make-up and interior design, I have been more than motivated to work for brands such as Murmur, Meli Melo, Mathilde or The Home, the challenges coming from brands that activate in the tech, automotive, pharmaceutical and sometimes even fishing equipment industries. Sometimes life surprises you with how easily you can adapt when you love what you do.

I was also ambitious to stay up to date with everything new and learn as many tools as possible like Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Sendinblue, Newsman, or ActiveCampaign, to plan and implement well-defined Direct Marketing strategies in line with the key performance indicators of the clients within our portfolios.

I'm Ana, a passionate self-taught UI/UX Designer and Head of Design & Product Team at Data Revolt Agency. My 7+ years experience in the field of digital design, both UX and Product design, reached a peak 2 years ago when I became the Head of Product Team in Data Revolt Agency, coordinating a team of five specialists and a portfolio of 20 customers.

I'm Madalina, an experienced graphic designer with a passion for creating stunning designs that not only look great but are also highly functional. With over 5 years of experience in the industry, I specialize in designing banner ads and social media visuals. Throughout the years, I've had the opportunity to collaborate with various e-commerce businesses and telecom brands such as MeliMelo,  RobertoRossi, Orange and Yoxo.

I gathered an extensive experience of nearly 12 years in marketing & copywriting.

- filled in a gap of know-how I often encountered – branding and identity. 

- accumulated diverse work experiences in different (sometimes completely opposite) fields, with several years tenure in management, including a somewhat high-level position in public administration that rounded my work ethics and very much broadened my perspective.

I am a technical person who after 4 years of working as a cost control civil engineer decided to reprofile myself. My first contact with digital marketing was in 2020.

I started with Google Ads and Facebook and later with many other platforms such as: TikTok, Criteo, RTB House, Apple Ads, Huawei Ads (Petal Ads) and more.

I have worked with small clients where there is such great satisfaction for results when budgets are limited, but I also had the opportunity to work with big clients where I was challenged to  learn more.

For over 3 years I have been part of the Data Revolt Performance Team where I had the honor of working with many big clients. From my perspective, content has always been king, both in terms of awareness and revenue. I started this path by studying Journalism, Public Relations and Communications and moved forward through copywriting and content writing, both in-house and at other agencies, before the Data Revolt era. This step-by-step approach gave me time for a smooth transition to digital, as well as a strong ground in terms of creativity and research.

All my previous experiences played their part in my professional plot and I am lucky to have been challenged by countless content channels and formats and various significant projects including OLX, Mega Image, Ivatherm, Secom, Flanco, Kiehl's, OTP Bank and many others. Juggling with short form and long form content marketing and copy and shifting from writing holistic healthcare articles to editing backlinking pieces of content for the automotive industry gave me the opportunity to strengthen my accommodation skills and to support a deep understanding of various industry niches.

Joining Data Revolt broadened my horizons on data marketing, supported me to build a Content Marketing department de novo and allowed me to become more than familiar with SEO content tools such as Ahrefs, SEOmonitor, Screaming Frog and Semrush.

As for what I'm both receiving and giving back, making an impact in numerous business fields is my mantra and my purpose. All the more as I have the opportunity to integrate and align the Content strategy with other related approaches such as SEO, performance, UX, direct marketing or social media.

As one of the “seniors” in the Romanian SEO community, I started this journey in 2008. My web development background proved very helpful in honing my SEO skills and helped me to develop enduring relationships with my customers.

My first contact with digital marketing was back in 2008 and I fell in love with this domain since then. My first full time job in performance marketing was in 2013, in an agency where I got the chance to work from the start with some of the biggest market players as well as with a wide variety of business models in the CEE market. OLX, Storia, Autovit, eMag, Oriflame, ING Bank, XTB Romania, Automobile Bavaria and Kruk are some of the brands I owe my experience to. 

I was lucky to develop and increase performance for lead gen (classifieds, auto dealership, banking and gambling) and ecommerce brands and as well to run awareness campaigns for brands that sell in FMCG.

From my perspective, social media is not only about catchy texts, but primarily about data-based decisions. I started my journey in social media from copywriting for a few local brands, gradually progressing to data interpretation, content optimization and ultimately creating social media strategies. This layered journey helped my understanding of the complexity of the world known as social media, as well as the obligation in finding solutions related to the data and results obtained.

2021 was the year when, together with Data Revolt, I started the journey towards new horizons of social media and data-based marketing. The experience gained as a social media specialist and the continuous development of creative and analytical skills thanks to the Data Revolt team allowed me to add to my portfolio projects such as L'Oreal Professionnel, Kérastase, Flanco, YOXO and many others.

Starting from the idea that social media is not only about catchy texts, my purpose is to provide clients with in-depth analysis, quality content and viable solutions that achieve the proposed objectives.

In early 2013, I first encountered PPC platforms, and from there, step by step, I went through all the ins and outs of the field, staying up to date with everything that's new and teaching others in turn. Although I'm nostalgic for the times when there was a Google Ads manual (a book of about 300 pages) that was only updated once every year or two, I much prefer the complexity and dynamism we have to deal with now. The challenges brought about by changes, although often viewed with skepticism, end up engaging you and developing you as a specialist in ways you never expected, and they also end up improving the results of performance campaigns in an increasingly competitive market.

After three years in an agency specialized in PPC with dozens of clients from various industries, I grew from an intern to a senior digital marketing specialist and coordinator, and then made a radical change and switched to the client side. I spent the next three years as part of a global team of specialists, where my responsibility was mainly to manage lead generation campaigns for the sale of B2B software products and services for MMO and enterprise clients. Focused on Asia and Australia, I learned to work with a record number of platforms: from Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, to Bing Ads, Twitter Ads, Baidu Ads, and Yahoo! JP. From the beginning, I placed great emphasis on the power of data, so I became very good friends with Google Analytics, Salesforce, Power BI, and others.

Returning to the agency environment opened up new horizons for me in terms of planning and coordinating paid media campaigns from strategy and creation to implementation and optimization of not just ad campaigns, but also publisher media. Involvement in verticals related to the Pay-Per-Click grew more and more, and in addition to these responsibilities, I led projects in SEO, conversion optimization, UI and UX. At Data Revolt, I joined as Head of Performance, the first manager brought in from outside, and I passed the milestone of 10 years of experience.

My current experience in digital is over 11 years and still counting. I started my digital career as Junior Traffic in one of the biggest publishers networks from Romania - ArboInteractive, and it evolved to be an amazing journey of continuous learning and successful projects.  

As a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the field of digital marketing, I am an expert in leveraging data and technology to drive results. Experienced working on various verticals: telekom, retail, banking, auto, pharma and beauty. 

My ability to train and educate others on programmatic complex platforms helps the company stay up to date with latest trends in the industry and ready to provide our clients a top of the class digital approach. And to make it official I became a Google Marketing Platform Certified Trainer. 

Hands-on experience in programmatic platforms like: DV360, Adform, Teads, The Trade Desk, Campaign Manager, Studio Creative. 

With a strong background in data analysis and strategic decision making, I am confident in my ability to drive business growth for our clients. Experience working with analytics & data visualization tools: Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Loker Studio.

Since 2013, I've been working as a web developer and have gained a lot of experience in different areas, including APIs, PHP, MySql, JavaScript, and analytics. Over the years, I've come to appreciate the constant learning and challenge that comes with this work. There's always something new to discover, and I love the feeling of mastering a new skill or technology.

In addition to my technical skills, I've also developed a strong set of communication and data analysis skills. I believe that clear communication is essential to success in any team, and I work hard to ensure that I'm always listening carefully and expressing myself clearly. As for data analysis, I've worked extensively with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio, and I love finding insights that can help drive decision-making and improve performance.

Since February 2023, I started as a Data Specialist at Data Revolt, where I focus on ensuring that our data is of the highest quality and finding solutions for any challenges that arise. It's been an exciting new adventure, as I strongly believe that good data is the foundation of any successful business.

As a social media specialist, I am always up to date with the latest trends and with the latest tech revisions of platform algoritms, therefore I can develop different creative strategies and tactics to help my clients in reaching their objectives. Having started my career path in Marketing and currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Advertising, I have gained thorough knowledge on the subject giving me a deep understanding of the various aspects of digital marketing and social media communication, including market research, consumer behaviour, media planning and copywriting.

Through my expertise in this field, I have worked with various fields: retail, real estate, food and non-food etc.

My strongest asset I think is my freshness and creativity, which are a must in today’s market where everything seems to already have been invented, seen, heard and done.
